I just finished installing my new 3 mt x 4.5 mt motorized pergola with 4 motorized windproof curtains. The finish product is outstanding and well made. This was a long project in the making. Thanks to Gill's help and patience we were able to check every box I wanted to. Gill was outstanding throughout the entire process which started way back in October. Gill was able to answers all my questions with knowledge, design the pergola according to my specifications and clear any doubt I had. She was also able to find a shipment arrangement which would deliver the product directly to my home. Shipment arrived relatively fast and it was well packaged and protected. However, before shipment I told Gill I would not be able to install it immediately as it was freezing cold in my place at that time. She told me not to worry as they would stand behind their product. Sure enough as it came time to install it Gill was there to help me through the installation phase. I highly recommend this company.
